Repairs
Repair rate is $35.00 per hour.
Tune-Ups
A Basic Tune-Up consisting of cable tuning, lubrication and tire inflation, can be done
for a $40.00 Basic Tune-Up fee. The price charged for a more extensive tune-up will be
determined upon what is needed and the number of labor hours involved. Any needed
parts are an additional charge.
Tire/Tube Change
Labor charge for tire/tube change is $10.00 on a quick release wheel. That $10.00 does not
include the expense for the tire, tube, or rim strip. Wheels that are bolted on are
billed at the $35.00/hour rate.
Custom Bikes
HIBS offers custom bike building services. So, if you have a frame that you have acquired,
or want to purchase one of ours and build the frame to a bike of your choice, speak with
Tom about your custom build.
One of the more unique frames Tom regularly custom builds is the Surly Pugsley. He has built
so many of these that HIBS now thinks of itself as a Pugsley Specialist.
