Shipping and Returns
High Intensity Bike Shop Sales: Shipping Times:
We offer 'wicked fast' shipping to all USA residents. All items, unless otherwise stated, are in stock and available immediately to ship. Shipping time is generally within 24 business hours of receiving your cleared payment. Method of shipping will be USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Fedex depending on the size of your package. You will be notified a shipping confirmation and tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and USA Territories
Additional shipping charges will apply only on larger items such as forks, wheels, frames and complete bikes. All other items will be the standard USA Shipping costs. Please request a quote prior to purchase if you are interested in any of the above mentioned items.
International shipping:
HIBS can ship most items internationally. Method of shipping used is USPS Priority Mail International.
We can ship most items to: Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain (UK), Greece, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. We can ship any product other than bikes, frames and wheels to these countries in addition to the countries listed above: Australia, Brazil, Czech Republic, Greenland, Hungary and South Korea. These countries have box size restrictions and larger packages are not allowed into the country using our method of shipping.
International shipping transit time generally takes 6-16 business days. International Customs Charges:
International buyers will be responsible for any fees or taxes associated with their shipment. Each country has their own rules and regulations, it is up to you to know your country's laws.
Returns:
Please notify us within 3 days of item receipt if a return is needed to be made. Cost of item will be refunded once we are in receipt of the package and inspection has been made. Item needs to be in same condition as we sent it to you. Please notify us before return shipment and please package with care!
