HIBS specializes in HIGH quality products for those that love the INTENSITY
of the sport.

~~~ June Group Riding Schedule ~~~
8:00am Saturday - Group Mountain Bike Ride - CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
6:00pm Thursday - Group Road Bike Ride - CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
In past years, HIBS has encouraged and participated in weekly group rides that depart the
shop. In 2008 HIBS has decided that instead of doing two weekly group rides from the shop,
HIBS is going to switch it's engergies and focus and support local races, festival and
charity events. By doing so, HIBS will continue to show it's support of the sport at
the local level. This change in focus will allow HIBS to be able to more adequately
support their shop sponsored riders when needed and continue to give exposure to the
HIBS name at the local events.
Stay tuned to this website as we plan our 2008 calendar. Additions to the calendar will
be posted in the section below.
~~~ Events for 2008 ~~~
~~~ Stay tuned as HIBS plans it's 2008 calendar ~~~
July 12, 2008 - As in past years, HIBS
has supported The Prouty as the only bike shop located on the 100 mile century route. In
2008, we plan to do the same by assisting in needed emergency repairs and being used as an
off-map Port-Potty pit-stop.
July 25th - 27th, 2008 - Formerly
known as PedrosFest, it's now known as KendaFest. A festival supporting and promoting
everything mountain biking. Festival is located in Hancock, Massachusetts (Berkshires,
Jiminy Peak area).
October is International Walk and Bike to
School Month.
